I'm Gary Jessop, an NCPS accredited counsellor based in Hove. I work with men carrying things — stress, burnout, grief, relationship pressures, or simply a sense that something isn't right.
Before becoming a counsellor, I experienced burnout in the corporate world and the physical and emotional challenges of taking part in a round-the-world yacht race on a 68ft yacht. These experiences, alongside my professional training, help me offer a compassionate, understanding, and non-judgemental space for my clients.
