Men's Counselling — Hove

Men's Circle (Float Spa) & Social Pickleball (Hove Beach Park)

A safe, respectful space for men to have open, judgement-free group talks on topics that matter to them in a confidential setting.
Gary Jessop Pro. Dip Psy C, who runs the session, is a qualified counsellor & integrated therapist.

We're excited to share a brand-new opportunity to connect, unwind, and have fun outside the talking space. A Social Pickleball Event for all levels is now running every third Tuesday of the month, 6:30–8:00 PM, at Hove Park Pickleball Club (just behind Rockwater).
Whether you're a complete beginner or a regular player, come along and enjoy a friendly, lively evening on court. A professional coach will be with us each month to offer guidance, top tips, and supportive encouragement. It's a fantastic way to meet others, get moving, and add a positive, energising activity to your month.
You're invited to join a men's group created to help men talk, decompress and support one another without judgement.

Topics often include:
Sometimes we don't know where to start — by turning up, you've already begun.
